The Forecast Arena changelog. Release scope and availability are recorded separately.

Initial Forecast Arena MVP

v0.1.1

New features

  • Established the Forecast Arena brand and football-first market experience.
  • Added market details, AI consensus, model comparisons, and AI / market divergence.
  • Added AI Arena, sortable rankings, model profiles, and sample prediction history.
  • Added public methodology, research notes, and a conceptual AI Portfolio League.

Improvements

  • Responsive navigation, mobile market cards, search, competition filters, and meaningful empty states.
  • Browser-local watchlists for markets and models.
  • Page metadata, canonical URLs, structured content, sitemap, and robots foundations.

Trust and correctness

  • All illustrative markets, fictional models, and synthetic scores are labelled Demo.
  • Probability gaps use percentage points. Sample rankings are calculated from the published scoring rules.
  • No live fixture, current team news, account availability, or model-performance claim is implied.

Infrastructure

  • Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind public application with server-side service boundaries.
  • Neon PostgreSQL and Drizzle schema, migration tooling, append-only forecast records, and provider adapter interface.
  • Database connectivity requires a configured and verified DATABASE_URL. The UI remains an explicit demo until live ingestion is implemented.
  • Vercel-compatible build. This release note alone does not establish production deployment or domain readiness.
